Sarah Heck, Lead Short Sale Negotiator

Sara works directly with the lender/s to get short sale approval for our clients. You will find her in the office 5 days a week calling on all of our files to ensure all documents have been received by the lenders, appraisals are ordered and most importantly, works to get an approval for our clients and release of all liens. Sara is a licensed real estate agent and has been in the industry for over 7 years.

Nicki Blazyk, Short Sale Negotiator

Nicki also negotiates on our files to insure nothing falls through the cracks; she works side by side with Sara to ensure all short sale packages have been fully completed by our clients and received by their lenders. She also calls daily on our files to ensure a smooth and timely tranaction for our clients.

Greg Almazan, REO Field Supervisor

Greg’s number one job is to ensure the security and safety of all of our assets. You will find Greg in the field, driving about 90% of his day. His duties include occupancy checks, sign and lockbox installation, weekly property checks including securing the properties and ensuring they comply with the local ordinances. Greg’s 12 years experience in construction and customer service make him the ideal field supervisor. His exceptional eye for detail is imperative during property checks and his successful cash for keys negotiations can be attributed to his excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.

Minerva Alvarez, Transaction Coordinator

Minerva works the files from escrow to close to ensure all parties meet the terms of the contract for a smooth and timely close of escrow. She ensures all parties received and fill out all necessary disclosures and documents required by law. Minerva is a licensed transaction coordinator and has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years.

Karen Batchelder, Escrow Officer

Karen works closely with our team to ensure all estimates for the short sale closing are received by the lenders and are accurate. Every time a new offer is submitted a new breakdown of costs is needed for the lender. She is also available to our clients for escrow related questions, no matter how small. Karen has been an escrow officer for over 26 years brings a wealth of knowledge and is an incredible asset to our team.

Brian Olenik, Title Officer

Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to our team with his real estate upbringing and years of service of the title industry. Brian’s attention to detail and wealth of knowledge in the title field enables him to ensure our clients receive clear title when purchasing property and his ablilty to explain the reports in layman’s terms is one ability our clients appreciate greatly.

Brian Reynolds, Preferred Lender

For the past sixteen years Brian has been in the lending business as a banker. In his experience, he has handled all kinds of loans, including construction to perm, land loans, first time buyers, refinances and residential purchases up to 10 million dollars.

With all of Brian’s many talents his most appreciated one is his problem solving skills, especially when it comes to closing the deal, Brian’s ability to meet all deadlines and timelines makes each deal run smoothly.
